Getting najviše iz vašeg Sastanci
Koliko puta ste bili na poslovnom sastanku i pitao samo ono što je sve o tome i zašto su ga smeta poziva na prvo mjesto? Neproduktivne i nepotrebne sastanke može biti otežavajuće za sve uključene. Oni također mogu biti spektakularan otpada dragocjeno vrijeme i manhours ako nije pristupio i uspio na odgovarajući način.
Većina neproduktivne sastanke uspjeti prije nego što počnu, preko nedostatka pripreme. Čineći sigurni da se pripreme za sastanak i onda upravljanje okupljanja, možete osigurati da vaše sastanke su puno produktivniji.
Prvo, prije nego pozovete bilo sastanku donijeti odluku hoće li se sastanak odgovarajući na sve. Sastanci stvarno treba samo biti pozvani ako postoji definirani cilj. Ako nemate cilj, onda mislim dvaput o zovete sastanka. Vaš cilj bi mogao biti jedan od mnogih stvari ipak, kao što su:
– Donošenje odluke
– Stjecanje sporazum
– Dobivanje informacija
– Provjeru napretka
– Izgradnju tima.
Pobrinite se da znate zašto ste zovete sastanak i da sastanak nije prikladno. Zapitajte se, „Kako inače sam mogao učiniti? ‘ i ‘što će ovo koštati?’.

Odlučite vaš cilj unaprijed. Što je to što želite od sastanak i sudionicima?

Odlučiti tko bi trebao sudjelovati. Jednom kada znate što tražite trebali biste biti u mogućnosti odlučiti tko bi trebao biti tamo i što će donijeti na sastanak. Pokušajte ne da bi ga bacio milijune. Sastanci s više od sedam ili osam ljudi u aktivnu diskusiju rijetko će biti produktivni. Ako trebate pozvati više od toga, pokušajte se približava predmet drugačije. Možete li ciljati manje komade predmet koji dozvoljava više manjih, više fokusiran sastanaka za rješavanje veći problem?
Rezervirajte svoje mjesto. Getting pravo mjesto može biti odlučujuće za vaš sastanak, a ne treba podcjenjivati kao potencijalni čimbenik uspjeha. Pobrinite se postavlja desno ton, je na pravom mjestu i da će omogućiti udoban sastanak sa svim potrebnim komunalnim službama ili resursa pri ruci. Dopustite vrijeme za sve prisutne da svibanj potreba za putovanja.
Postavite svoj dnevni red. Odlučite unaprijed što će se raspravljati i objaviti ga. Držite broj tema pod kontrolom i na minimum. Previše tema za raspravu u kratkom vremenu rezultirat će nejasna i neizvjesna susreta.
Informirajte sudionika. Pozovite sudionicima i neka imaju dnevni red što je prije moguće tako da nema dvojbe što je za sastanak.
Dopustite vrijeme za vas i vaše sudionika za pripremu. Neadekvatna priprema na dio vaše slušatelje mogao potonuti vaš sastanak jednako brzo kao svoj nedostatak pripreme bi.
Držite vaš sastanak što je moguće kraća. Ima ‘ništa gore od šest ili osam sati maratona koji ostavlja sve iscrpljen i pitate zašto gnjaviti. Ako ne možete razgovarati o sve to u kratkom vremenskom razdoblju, a zatim odlučiti da li je tema treba biti ograničena kako bi se omogućilo više fokusa. Ako trebate dugo sastanak, provjerite da li se raspored udobnost odmor, tako da rasprava može zaustaviti periodično kako bi se omogućilo ljudima da biste dobili svjež zrak, ide u zahod, dobiti kavu i općenito se preusmjeri za ostatak susreta.

Samo treba provjeriti da su ljudi spremni biti otvoreni, osjetljiv na ideje i mišljenja, kao i co-operative na sastancima, će ići dug put u osiguravanju da su rasprave jednako produktivni kao moguć.
