Priprema za vaš godišnji sastanak
Većina ljudi znaju da morate držati godišnji sastanak za svoje tvrtke. Ali da li vi znate što treba da ide u svoj godišnji sastanak i kako se pripremiti za to? Ovaj članak će Outlineu ključnih elemenata godišnjeg sastanka pripreme.
1. Kada se održati godišnji sastanak.
Your Company upravlja vašeg operativnog Sporazuma ili podzakonski akti. U Ugovor možete pronaći jasan prikaz kada se godišnji sastanak bi se trebao održati. (Ukoliko nemate sporazuma za svoju tvrtku, provjerite da li dobiti neki učinio.) Ugovor će sadržavati stavku pod nazivom „Godišnji susreti“ ili „Sastanci članova.“
2. Tko bi trebao Prisustvujte Godišnji sastanak?
Za LLC, vaš sastanak treba da sadrži sve članova. Za Ograničeno partnerstvo, to treba uključiti sve General Partners. Korporacija mora imati dva susreta: prvi za dioničara (sve osobe koje su vlastite dionice u korporaciji), drugi za redatelja. Ako član, direktor ili generalni partner ne može prisustvovati sastanku, morate imati prisutna većina. To će biti opisani u vašeg operativnog Sporazuma.
3. Obavijest o sastanku.
Obavijest o Godišnji sastanak se mora dati ne manje od 3 dana i ne više od 50 dana prije sastanka na sve članice, direktora, dioničara, odnosno generalni partneri Društva. Vaša Operativni sporazum treba osigurati vrijeme za slanje obavijesti. Kao alternativa ovoj obavijesti sastanka, većina Operativni sporazumi imaju opciju da se prijavite odricanje umjesto. Odustajanje može biti potpisan isti dan kao sastanak.
4. Dokumentiranje Godišnji sastanak.
To je imperativ da uključuju sve minimalne zahtjeve godišnji sastanak u svom minuta. Trebat će vam da identificiraju tvrtke, datum, vrijeme i mjesto sastanka, koji je bio prisutan, koji je predsjedao sastanku, a koji je služio kao tajnica. Također morate pribaviti potrebne potpise.
5. Kako se prijaviti putovanje posao prema vašem Godišnji sastanak.
Uzimajući poslovni put za svoj godišnji sastanak je zapravo prilično jednostavna. Kada ste uzimanje izlet u vremenski okvir da vaš godišnji sastanak bi se trebao održati, koristite taj izlet kao datum i mjesto u svom godišnjem sastanku minuta. Većina ljudi će koristiti izlet koji spada u pet mjeseci vrijeme za njihovu godišnjem sastanku.
6. Finaliziranja Vaš Godišnji sastanak.
Nakon što držite Godišnji sastanak, sastaviti godišnji minuta. Zapisnik mora biti potpisan i stavljen na svoje tvrtke Minute knjiga.
